3D design and management of all media communications was undertaken across the venue using 3ds Max with V-Ray rendering and AutoCAD for technical detailing. Comprehensive visualisations ensured consistent 'Challenge Accepted' campaign presence from large-format stage graphics to wayfinding elements.

Challenge

Babcock required stand concepts for Offshore Wind Energy and Offshore Europe exhibitions. OWE needed modular reconfiguration with minimal components, whilst OE demanded significantly larger custom build with standout features and impactful aesthetic communicating 'making connections' and 'trusted to deliver'.

 

Solution

For OWE, efficient modular reconfiguration maximised existing components. The OE concept featured long-span statement arches as central motif, creating architectural drama providing commanding presence. The arch structures symbolised connection-making and engineering confidence, embodying technical excellence fundamental to the brand ethos.

 

Outcome

The concepts successfully addressed efficiency and impact requirements across distinct events. The OWE adaptation demonstrated cost-effective design thinking, whilst the OE custom concept established memorable architectural presence. Caple required exhibition stands for KBB London ExCEL, Birmingham NEC, and Sirius trade shows that would appear custom-built whilst maintaining modular flexibility, accommodating diverse product ranges from compact appliances to full kitchen installations across three major events.

 

Solution

A modular stand system featuring a distinctive arch theme was developed for venue reconfiguration whilst retaining bespoke appearance. The second design expanded to incorporate a functional kitchen and demonstration area. The final iteration emphasised kitchen ranges through contemporary aesthetics whilst preserving the arch.

 

Outcome

The design series directly contributed to improved sales performance and increased exhibition space. The consistent arch theme established strong brand recognition across the KBB circuit, with evolution from display to demonstration stands successfully adapting to Caple's shifting product emphasis.

A modular stand and hospitality suite was designed and managed through a five-day build. The design established a cohesive visual language adaptable across exhibition contexts whilst maintaining the relationship between Eli Lilly's identity and specific product brands throughout a year-long European programme.

The project successfully launched the Yentreve brand through effective exhibition design. The modular system proved adaptable across diverse European venues whilst maintaining pharmaceutical industry standards, demonstrating capability to operate effectively within highly regulated industries
